THE LANDS DEPARTMENT REGISTERED 13 LEASE MODIFICATIONS AND FOUR LAND EXCHANGES IN THE LAND REGISTRY DURING THE QUARTER ENDING MARCH, OF WHICH SEVEN WERE TECHNICAL CHANGES INVOLVING NIL PREMIUM. THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE IN COUNCIL TODAY APPROVED A LAND EXCHANGE WITH THE OWNER OF 23 COOMBE ROAD TO PRESERVE A HISTORIC BUILDING ON THE SITE FOR REVITALISATION.
